With a dedicated Learning & Development team, Schroders ensures that every employee has the support they need to continuously develop their skills and knowledge. As well as the opportunity to participate in a wide range of internal and external training courses, all of our team members have access to an on-line training room.
As you would expect with such a large and diverse organisation, there’s an equally diverse range of career development options right across the business. We actively encourage our people to grasp these opportunities and move forward within Schroders.
For our graduates, educational development is a key priority – and we provide both financial support and generous study leave to gain professional qualifications. Typically, UK investment graduates will study for the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), while UK finance graduates will work towards Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Asia & US opportunities will be tailored to regional requirements.
At every step of your training programme, you will have access to our dedicated Graduate
Co-ordinator. It’s their job to ensure that you get the very best from your programme – and they will always be available to give you any help, advice or guidance you need.
