Finance – Programme Overview

Our 3 year graduate training programme is geared to giving you an in-depth grounding across all areas of accounting and finance operations.

As well as gaining a thorough insight into a range of roles including management accounting and reporting, treasury management, financial accounting and statutory reporting, you’ll have the opportunity to develop an understanding of commercial finance. In addition to that, you’ll learn about financial management and strategy, planning, commercial analysis, managerial accounting issues and more.

In other words, this will give you the broad and solid foundation you need to build an outstanding career. Your extensive practical experience will also be reinforced by your studies for Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification, which will be fully funded and supported by Schroders.
