A Level Entry

At Schroders, we don’t believe that a degree is necessary to build a great career. Enthusiasm, dedication, hard-work and a willingness to learn and change can achieve a great deal.

That’s why our Portfolio Services team look for a number of people with A Level qualifications to take on a variety of operational roles within the business. This is an outstanding opportunity for bright and dynamic achievers to launch their careers with this world-leading asset management company.

Your initial two-year training programme will include:

• Intensive induction training based around Schroders induction, but also bringing in the specifics of Portfolio Services and the diverse work of our team.
• Extensive support including regular review meetings to ensure that you’re getting the very best from your training.
• Front-line involvement in key projects, with the opportunity to present your work at regular group meetings.
• Study for Investment Administration Qualification, which you will complete within the two years.
