Industrial Placements - Programme Overview

With the name Schroders on your CV, a world of possibilities is open to you. That’s because you’ll have spent a year building your skills and experience with one of the largest publicly quoted asset management companies in the world. Our Industrial Placement programme will offer you a role with a high degree of responsibility at a well known and highly respected city firm. Over the 12 months you will receive a detailed introduction to Fund Management along with technical and soft skills training which will help prepare you for entry into industry Graduate schemes.

Qualifications - What do we look for?

We look for self-starting, dynamic individuals with strong academics and a genuine interest in the investment field. Any degree discipline will be considered. These roles are aimed at undergraduates that either have a mandatory or optional industrial placement year as part of their degree course.

What is the Recruitment & Selection Process?

Applications deadline is 14th March 2008.

Assessment days including psychometric testing will take place on 20th & 21st March 2008.

Job offers will be made within a week of interview.

If successful, you will join us on 23rd June 2008.
