Summer Internships - Programme Overview

We invest heavily in our Summer Internship programme to ensure it is one of the best in the industry and offers interns real exposure to roles within Investment Management. Over the 10 weeks you will receive a detailed introduction to Fund Management along with technical and soft skills training which will help prepare you for entry into industry Graduate schemes.

Half of the 18 interns who joined us in Summer 2007 have received job offers to work for Schroders permanently.

Qualifications - What do we look for?

We look for self-starting, dynamic individuals with strong academics and a genuine interest in the investment field. Any degree discipline will be considered.

What is the Recruitment & Selection Process?

Applications are open from 4th – 31st January 2008.

Interviews and psychometric testing will take place in February 2008.

Job offers will be made within a week of interview.

If successful, your internship will take place between 23rd June and 29th August 2008.
