Finance

Our 60-strong finance team is part of the infrastructure side of the business and plays a key support role within the organisation. Among other things, we provide an accounting function for the company, keeping the balance sheet and profit and loss statements up to date on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. We are also responsible for financial management and regulatory information for all Schroders’ stakeholders. Primarily, this involves producing our mandatory interim and annual company performance reports.

Within our finance department, you’ll find a very real emphasis on innovation. Our people are constantly exploring new ways to deliver ever-more effective support to the business. That can mean working closely with colleagues in other areas to develop new initiatives that make a significant impact on the future of the organisation.
