Opportunities in Distribution

If you enjoy dealing with people and you’re interested in developing and marketing new products, our Distribution department could be for you. After you’ve completed the comprehensive induction course, you’ll start your two-year programme, which will involve spending 12 months in one team before rotating to a different team. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the commercial, operational and strategic issues we face every day, laying strong foundations for your future career. You’ll also have the opportunity to study for the CFA qualification.

Towards the middle of your second year on the programme, you’ll choose one area to specialise in once your initial training is complete. At this time, you’ll liaise closely with your business sponsor, to make sure your decision is the right one for your individual talents and aspirations.
