Our leading two-year research development programme will equip you with all you need to succeed. After your nine-week induction course, you’ll work alongside a senior analyst or portfolio manager, developing key skills and gaining valuable market experience. In the process, you’ll also work towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. Our support and training facilities for the CFA are excellent, which is clearly reflected in the exceptionally high pass rates of our recent graduates.
Once you’ve proved yourself, your next logical career step will be to become a senior analyst or portfolio manager.
