Regardless of your degree subject, our IT department can offer you an exciting, challenging and rewarding career as a developer or business analyst. Whatever your role, you’ll benefit from a flexible training programme that’s designed to give you a broad range of experience. You’ll also have the option of studying for a CFA qualification, which enables you to enhance your understanding of the business and build strong relationships.

After completing your nine-week induction course, you’ll carry out your own project and then spend the next six months on placement in three of our teams. It’s an excellent way to get to know our services and technology capabilities. Just as importantly, you’ll build a range of valuable contacts and have the chance to explore your interests.
