Graduate programme overview

What’s in it for you?

All of our graduates benefit from bespoke programmes that make best use of Schroders’ in-house resources and external training experts. We regularly review our training programme to make sure it continues to lead the industry.

Whichever area of the business you join, you’ll first experience our nine-week induction course, which is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of investment management. Then, once you join your chosen department, you’ll benefit from ongoing technical training as well as the chance to study for a highly-regarded professional qualification.

From your first day, you’ll have the chance to get to know the other graduates in your intake, because everyone takes the induction course together. This is a great way to break the ice and form networks with your peers. Once your initial training is over, you’ll have the chance to meet up on a regular basis – either informally or at organised training and social events.
