We have built a highly successful business for more than 200 years by understanding how to get the best out of talented and ambitious people. For you as a graduate, that means you’ll be empowered to make your own career decisions and given the freedom to thrive in a meritocratic environment.
We’ll begin by providing both financial support and generous study leave to help you gain professional qualifications. Typically, investment and distribution graduates will study for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification, while finance graduates will work towards Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Our IT graduates also have the option of studying for CFA.
At every stage of your training, you’ll have access to our dedicated Graduate Programme Manager. It’s their job to make sure you get the very best from your programme – and they’ll always be available to give you any career advice or guidance you need.
The growth opportunities won’t stop once you finish your initial training. Throughout your career, our dedicated Learning & Development team will ensure you have the support to continuously develop your skills and knowledge – and you’ll also be encouraged to move forwards within Schroders by taking advantage of the wide range of career development options within our large and diverse business.
